This machine is a ultra low cutting force stress Pneumatic PCB separator, widely used to all PCBA boards.(with V-groove or without)
Features
1. Double line blade cutting, suitable for SMD thin plates, aluminum plates, and various thicknesses of plates, with a cutting range of less than 2mm and no safety issues.
2. Reduce the internal stress to below 500uE to protect the components from damage.
3. No friction cutting, no blade metal residue.
4. Pneumatic drive, no cutting stress.
5. The upper and lower blades can be adjusted, and the gap can be adjusted according to the thickness of the PCB using a knob to match the thickness of the V-shaped groove.
