Introduce:

SMT loading machine is a kind of production equipment needed for SMT production and processing of electronic products. Its main function is to place the unmounted PCB board in the SMT loading machine and automatically send the board to the suction machine. Then the suction machine automatically places the PCB on the track of the solder paste printing machine and sends it to the solder paste printing machine.

Perform solder paste brushing operation:

1. Turn on the power supply. Turn on the power switch.

2. Adjust the width of the guide rail until it is consistent with the width of the PCB board to be produced.

2. Setting the number of board feeding steps and the board exit point position (needs to be in manual state and the lifting platform is at the lower limit position):

1. Step distance setting: press the button to select Pitch 1 2 3 4

2. Board adjustment:

3. Manually adjust the push rod in the middle of the PCB to be produced.

4. Confirm that the machine can feed the board smoothly (the position of the board output point)

5. Press the automatic key (switch to automatic)

6. Press the reset button (the lifting platform automatically drops to the lower limit point and then rises to the position of the first plate release point)
