working principle
1. Working principle: Compressed air is fed into the glue bottle (syringe), and the glue is pressed into the feed pipe connected to the piston chamber. When the piston is in the upper stroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue. When the piston pushes downward, the glue is dispensed. When the needle is pressed, the glue is pressed out from the needle tip. The amount of glue dripped out is determined by the distance of the piston's downstroke, which can be adjusted manually or automatically controlled in the software.
