Introduction

This machine is used to cut the excess pins/leads of PCBA after wave soldering and consists of two parts: PCB fixing and blade fixing.The PCB is conveyed by a chain and is fixed by the grippers on both sides and by the thimbles located at the bottom of the PCB. Once the blade is fixed and the height is set, the PCB is transported to the automatic lead cutting machine. The blades rotate quickly and steadily with very low noise and high efficiency. It is equipped with an anti-warping device to ensure that no damage is caused to the PCBA board.

1.Using the eagle claw type shrapnel fixture, the clamping PCB board is automatically pushed, high stability. The speed of board feeding is adjustable, the spindle speed is fast, low noise, high precision and fast efficiency.
