Introduction:

This machine RM-F550 is a new developed Router Machine. It is used to depaneling a whole printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) into individual PCBa boards.

The machine adopt a very stable platform to ensure the working precision, the working platform size is 300*350mm.

It has a larger platform option at 400*600mm.The machine provides user friendly "visual" programming for rapid and accurate online programming,also can detect the depaneling process.

5, Tool life monitoring. After the cutter cuts a certain distance, it will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.

6, Suitable for depaneling straight line, arc, and circular connectted boards.

7, The PCB substrate is placed by two-stage continuous sliding processing to reduce waiting time and increase production.
