Introduction

This machine serves to trim the excess leads or feet of PCBAs post wave soldering. It primarily comprises two components: PCB fixation and blade fixation. Once the blade is firmly positioned and its height adjusted, the PCB is transported for automated lead trimming. The blade rotates swiftly and stably, generating minimal noise while maintaining high efficiency. Additionally, a warp prevention device is installed to guarantee that the PCBA boards remain unharmed during the process.

3. The working voltage is AC380V, 3-phase, and a grounding wire is included for safety.
