Introduction

The linear knife depaneling machines are designed to carefully depanel prescored panelboards without causing bending or tension stress. Even sensitive SMD components, such as ceramic capacitors, remain unharmed during the depaneling process.
Suitable for a wide range of boards, including PCB boards, LED aluminum boards, COB boards, copper boards, and more, this machine offers low cutting force stress and minimal cutting burrs. The resulting board side is smooth and flat, making it an excellent choice for high-quality board cutting.
