Introduction

The HS-800 nozzle cleaning machine efficiently automates the cleaning and drying process. It employs a multi-nozzle spraying technique, leveraging fluid mechanics to atomize water into a fine mist. This mist generates immense kinetic energy, traveling at near-sonic speeds to create a continuous spray pattern over the nozzles. This thorough spray effectively cleans both the exterior and interior surfaces of nozzles, particularly suited for small components like 0603, 0402, 0201, 01005, and high-precision nozzles.

Cleaning Principle

High-pressure jet technology utilizes fine water mist particles and continuous pressure to minimize water usage, producing water mist particles ranging from 3-10 micrometers. These particles effectively penetrate into the tiny apertures of nozzles to clean dirt from their inner walls.

Pulsed power technology employs the speed of sound (V=360m/s) to generate a powerful pulsed injection onto the nozzle. This technology can achieve a pulse frequency of up to 30 times per second, creating a continuous impact force over the nozzle being cleaned. This force helps to disintegrate and remove both surface and internal dirt for thorough cleaning.
