Introduction
The solder paste inspection and conditioning machine, alternatively known as the solder paste warming and aging apparatus, features a timer that allows for precise regulation of the solder paste's warm-up period. This eliminates the requirement for manual timing when transitioning the solder paste from refrigerated storage to room temperature. It serves as an effective means to manage the temperature of the solder paste, maintain its viability, guarantee printing quality, facilitate production scheduling, and ultimately boost overall production efficiency.

Each solder paste storage compartment within the tank is equipped with an individual LED display time controller. After configuring the desired time, the compartment securely holds the solder paste and automatically submerges it into the warming process. Upon completion of the set time, the compartment automatically disengages and releases the paste.

The machine integrates a FIFO (First In, First Out) system for streamlined paste management and efficient utilization.

If a power outage occurs before the preset time is reached, the machine automatically ejects the solder paste bottle to safeguard against potential issues and minimize material waste.

The machine is further equipped with an automatic alert system that sounds upon reaching the set time. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for immediate safety intervention, enhancing both operational ease and overall security.
