Intorduction
This unit operates subsequent to the Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) process, playing a crucial role in the post-inspection handling of PCBs. Upon receiving a signal from the previous stage indicating the AOI inspection results, it automatically and efficiently segregates the PCBs into two distinct categories: those that do not conform to the specified standards (labeled as NG) and those that do conform (labeled as OK). This sophisticated process ensures that the PCBs are seamlessly routed into their designated magazines, thereby guaranteeing a highly efficient, organized, and streamlined sorting procedure for the printed circuit boards.
