Introduction

This eliminates the need for manual timing after retrieving the solder paste from refrigerated storage and allowing it to reach room temperature. It provides an efficient means of managing solder paste temperature, maintaining its activity, guaranteeing high printing quality, facilitating smoother production scheduling, and ultimately boosting overall production efficiency.
Features
- Each solder paste placement slot in the tank is equipped with an individual LED display time controller. After setting the desired time, the slot securely holds and automatically submerges the solder paste. Once the set time is reached, it automatically releases the paste.
- The machine utilizes a FIFO (First In, First Out) system to ensure effective management and utilization of the solder paste.
- In the event of a power outage, even if the set time has not been reached, the machine automatically ejects the solder paste bottle to ensure safety and minimize waste.
- The machine is fitted with an automatic alarm that sounds when the set time is reached. Additionally, an emergency stop button is provided for immediate intervention in urgent situations, enhancing operational ease and safety.
