Introduction
Embossed carrier tapes are manufactured using materials like polystyrene, polycarbonate, and PET, and they offer a range of conductive and anti-static properties to suit various component applications. Each tape is equipped with pockets that are meticulously shaped to fit the exact contours of the components they are intended to transport. These carrier tapes come in widths ranging from 8 to 104 mm, and we can also tailor them to meet specific customer needs.

The entire packaging process involves the carrier tape, cover tape, and external reel. Customers utilize either manual or automatic tape and reel machines to place components into the carrier tape. Simultaneously, they apply the cover tape to securely encapsulate the components, ensuring they are protected and fixed within the tape. Ultimately, the components are packed into a complete reel.

Each carrier tape is paired with a compatible cover tape. During the component packaging process, the cover tape provides options for both cold and hot sealing methods. Reels
