System Description

Intelligent Screw Operation - A PC-based screw machine system developed based on the WIN10 system, adding the following functions to the original screw machine's basic functions:

  • Point-to-point teaching: CAD coordinate import, manual teaching
  • Optional: Supports barcode scanning: Reads product barcodes and QR codes (Barcode scanner required)
  • Optional: Supports MES connection: Uploads production data to the server via network connection
  • Features production statistics and traceability functions: Automatically saves data for each screw fastening operation and allows for querying and exporting XLS files
  • Operation permissions: Multi-user, multi-level permission management
  • Intelligent electric screwdriver parameter reading and screw fastening detection functions: Electric screwdriver waveform reading, float detection, local CVS data saving, data saving, intelligent detection functions (detection of missing screws, float, and stripped threads)
