EUE Oilfield Downhole Tools Artificial Lift Torque Anchor
Product Overview
API-certified artificial lift torque anchor designed for oil well drilling rig applications. This 6 5/8" EUE torque anchor prevents tubing unscrewing by absorbing reactive torque from progressive cavity pumps.
Torque Anchor Functionality
- Absorbs reactive torque from rotor-stator friction in progressive cavity pumps
- Prevents tubing unscrewing during operation
- Mounts under or above the pump assembly
- Features mandrel with two slips (one floating, one stationary) that cam in opposite directions
- Anchors tubing string securely to inner casing wall
Advanced Design Features
- Extra Bypass System: Provides larger area for gas bypass and prevents sand bridging
- Drag Blocks: Absorb damaging harmonics before reaching anchor blocks engaged on casing
- Robust Construction: Engineered for demanding downhole environments
