Alloy Steel Expandable Packer Double Piston Oilfield Tool - 94mm to 118mm OD, 35MPa Pressure Rating
Professional expandable casing packer designed for oil well drilling operations, featuring double-piston mechanism for reliable performance in demanding downhole environments.
Land the packer at the designated well position, apply tubing pressure to activate the piston mechanism. The piston moves upward, cutting the pin and allowing the lock set to compress the sealing element. The lock ring and lock set interlock to maintain compression, effectively sealing the tubing annulus.
Lift the string to create friction between the element and casing, cutting the release pin. The lock ring becomes unrestricted, allowing the lock set to move downward and release the element's compression.
Increase pressure by 0.5 MPa to initiate well washing operations.
