1. Packed in blank or custom printed master carton, piled on plastic or wooden pallet with warping film, loading into 20FT/40HQ container.
2. Bundle on plastic or wooden pallet with warping film, loading into 20FT/40HQ container.
3. Packed in blank or custom printed master carton, loading into container directly.
4. LCL must be in pallet or carton. And FCL loading could into 20FT/40HQ directly.

Normal production flow is as below: Design, Digital Proofing, Prototype, Sample, Printing, Lamination, UV, Die Cutting, Foil Stamp, Inspection, Packing, Loading.
Some Tips:
1.Color is an important factor to make elegant packaging box. And we can do the exact color you want.
2.Material:
1) Kraft paper, coated paper, ivory board, black board, CCNB are mainly used for packaging boxes.
2) Coated paper is the best choice for color printing, any color is workable on it. And surface disposal is good to realize on coated paper as well.
3) Black card paper and art paper are only suitable for hot stamping.
Order Process:
The rough steps are as below and we will guide you to finish the order in reality.
- 1. Inquiry: customer send inquiry to us including below information: Size, quantity, box shape or usage, box printing design
- Quotation: we will send customer quotation based on mentioned box information.
- Sample production and delivery: after all details confirmed, we will produce samples for customer. Fee for customized sample will be USD50 to 150. Sample in our showroom is free. Sample time will be 1 to 5 days. Mailing ways for samples: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or other express. The mailing charge will on customer’s account.
- Sample confirmed by customer.
- Order confirmed by customer.
- Contract confirmed and prepay by customer.
- Mass production. We will report the progress from time to time.
- Balance paid before shipping by customer.
- Shipping.
- Customer receive the goods and send back the feedback to us.
