I already have a design, how can I send it to you?
You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.

What is your normal turnaround time?
Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.

What is your minimum / maximum order?
No maximum and MOQ is 100pcs, but we can also adjust it if you just need low patches.

why need pay Sample fee?
If you need sample to check the quality, there will be sample fee and express fee, but sample fee
