Q.What is your normal turnaround time?
A:Normally, it takes 5 days for sample and then 12 days for mass production.But more order quantity /or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.
Q. Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
A: Yes, we offer artwork and then sample picture for approve before production for every firm order. Revising/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
