Industrial Muffle Furnace Structure:
Small benchtop industrial muffle furnace has ceramic fiber insulation, which provides faster heat-up and reduced energy consumption. Embedded heating element on top and both sides provides temperature uniformity. Drop-down door doubles as a convenient shelf for loading and unloading.
Description of industrial muffle furnace:
1400C Electric industrial muffle furnace is adopted high quality resistance wire as heating element with dual shell structure and intelligent auto-control temperature system, SCR control, phase shifting trigger. The industrial muffle furnace chamber is adopted the 1600 type imported polycrystalline alumina fiber. Equipped with intelligent cooling system between the dual shell, when the surface temperature reach to 50℃, the cooling fun will be start working automatically, so it can ensure the surface temperature is low; Using constant current soft-start control, to extend the life of heating elements.
