Silicon Molybdenum Heater Application:

SUPER 1700, 1800 type silicon molybdenum heater for muffle furnace are extensively used in the industries of metallurgy, glass, ceramic refractory,crystal electronic device, industrial furnace manufacture, etc.. It is an essential ideal element when the products are sintering in the high temperature.

Attention: MoSi2 elements can not be used in 400 to 700 °C for a long time, otherwise, it will be powered and damaged due to strong oxidizing action in low temperature.

MoSi2 heater have good resistance characteristic, so it is an ideal heating material to replace traditional heating elements.

At room temperature, its resistivity is very low, with the increase of temperature, the resistance increases sharply. The advantages of heating up fast and low power consumption are obvious.In normal operating circumstances, the resistance of the element is constant, so the old and new components can be mixed.
