- Kneading System: Best Japan made high-power hot kneading system, guarantee high uniformity of paste；the cooling kneader avoid balling and keep raw material with good quality;
- Extruding System: High vacuum extruding system (one set 3500mt power and one set 2500mt power), PLC program controlled, excellent for production Φ400-700mm electrodes;
- Baking System: Best car bottom furnace with our own innovated tail gas incineration and waste heat generation system, highly equalized temperature inside, ensure high homogeneity of baked electrodes；
- Impregnation System: Fully automatic, high vacuum and pressure, hot in- cool out;
- Graphitization Systems: One Acheson graphitization furnace and one LWG furnace, temperature between 2800-3000 ℃, high level of graphitization.
