HP16 Graphite Electrode for LF , 400mm Diameter , 2100mm Length , Good Performance
Sichuan Guanghan Shida Carbon Co.,Ltd. was established in 2001, formerly the Shanxi Jiexiu Shida Carbon which was founded by Mr. Zhang Shigong in 1990.
Usage:
- Screw lifting plug into socket of one end and place soft protection material under the other end to avoid damaging nipple;
- In order to avoid crushes during furnace charging, please place bulk materials at the furnace bottom; meanwhile please do not place lime or any other non-conductive materials right under the electrodes, otherwise it will decrease electric conduciveness and cause breakage;
- Attention furnace cover’s position in order to avoid scratching or damaging when rising and lowering electrodes;
- If any connection gap observed after jointing, the causes must be identified and eliminated before use;
- Electrode clamper must be hold at the proper position: outside the safety lines of the higher end;
