Introduction of Edm Graphite Electrode
Graphite electrode is mainly used in arc steel-making furnace, ore-smelting electric furnace, resistance furnace, etc., with good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, electrical, chemical, textile, national defense and other industrial sectors.
The graphite electrodes, after cooling, may then go to a final stage to be machined to exact dimension and tolerance. This stage may also include machining and fitting the end of the electrode with a threaded graphite pin joining system (also known as nipple). Detail as following picture.
