Operating Principle
As wet vapor streams rise through the knitted wire matrix, entrained liquid droplets continuously impact the mesh surfaces. The gas continues upward while heavier liquids separate, attach, and coalesce into larger droplets. These droplets grow until their weight causes them to fall by gravity to the vessel bottom for drainage, while clean gas exits through the top.
