Multi-Arm Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotational Molding Machine
This advanced shuttle-style rotational molding machine is specifically designed for manufacturing plastic water tanks and other large plastic products. The system features a straight-line layout with an oven positioned centrally between two mainframes, and cooling chambers with loading stations on both sides.
Operating Principle
While one beam rotates a mold into the oven for heating, the other beam remains stationary for loading or mold changing operations. This continuous workflow enables flexible manufacturing of large products while maintaining high productivity for smaller items.
