TECAR therapy, as a system of Capacitive and Resistive electric transfer ,which is one of the methods used in diathermy, was developed as a form of deep thermotherapy. It delivers radiofrequency (RF) energy, which passes between active electrode and inactive electrode, and generates heat inside the human body.

The feelings when under the treatment
The treatment is divided into three periods. In the athermal period, the energy is low. You feel the comfortable heat released through the handle inside your body. When you get used to the low energy in 5-10 mins, it will go into medium thermal period. In this period, the energy will be higher and you will sweat like having an exercise. The last period is deep thermal period, you will feel the heat go through your body and the pain is relieved. After the treatment, the heat will stay in your body for 4-8 hours to keep the waste and inflammatory factor outside your body. And you need to take a break for better treatment effects.
