I. General introduction

The gluing machine is used for corrugated cardboard production line. Has 1 / 2 / 3 floors for differnet layers board. Also have manual adjustment and electrical adjustment. This one is computerized control with automatic adjustment.

It offers glue and distribute on the surface paper, core paper and bottom paper to paste them together into corrugated sheet. Then pass to next procedures for drying and cooling, cutting, stacking.

2. Independent motor driving for each layer, can make sure the gluer speed match well with production line. Frequency inverter driving, with encoder.

3. Automatic adjustment of glue qty as per working speed. Electrical gluing width adjustment.

4. Synchronous belt driving more steady, no vibration and noise.

5. Glue roller surface treated with overlapping curve and chrome plated; the glue scraping roller and pressing roller treated with precise grinding and chrome plating.

6. Adopt touch bar to press paper for much better gluing effect.

7. Equipped with pre-heater, can speed up the glue drying, can adhesive more strong in high speed running.

1. Pre-heater, gluing roller, glue distribution roller material all adopt Chengdu seamless steel pipe.
