NC Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine Servo Motor Type (0-Scorer)

I. General introduction

Suitable to the corrugated cardboard slitting and scoring in the production line. Can slit the board into needed width and crease lines for folding.

Fully automatic controlled by computer, non-stop order changing, improve the production efficiency.

II. Function and features

1. High quality industry computer and high performance PLC make up the CNC system.

2. Adopt high precision linear guide way, grinding ball screw driving, can assure the slitting and creasing precision within ±0.5mm.

3. Has the memory of 999 orders, realize non-stop automatic or manual order changing, time within 3~8s. When two sets slitters using together, can change order faster.

4. Design speed 200m/min. Can track the line speed automatically and keep the same speed with line. Easy to connect with management system.

5. Alloyed tungsten steel thin-blades,sharp and long life of over 8 million meters ,auto sharpening.

6. The knife sharpening is controlled by computer, automatic or manual sharpening, edge trimming knife, easy to maintain.

7. There are three types of scorers: convex to concave (3layers cardboard), convex to concave (5layers cardboard), convex to flat, the 3types can change electrically fast.

8. Two rows of scorers in front and back,realizes minimum scorer spacing is 0mm.

9. The indentation depth can be adjusted electrically, beautiful and easy to bend.

10. The whole machine is motorized moving left-right .

11. More ball screw type, higher precision and faster.

12. Option: Two electrically adjusted waste suction mouth.
