Function:
1. Control of slitting or scoring subassembly adopts individual AC servo motor and controller,therefore realizes quick and precise order change.Order time is <3 seconds.
2. Shift of slitting or scoring subassembly adopts precise gear wheel and rack made of alloy steel,with high precision,reliability and easy maintenance.The precision of slit and scorer is ±0.5mm.
3. Adopts thin tungsten steel blade design,neat paper margin after cutting,no collapse ,no burr and no crack;neat and artistic;with good linearity.
4. With blade auto-cooling and lubricating;knife milled by hand or auto knife milling;slitting and knife milling at the same time to improve working efficiency.
5. Three scorer type,convex to the concave,convex to the convex,convex to the flat,all three can change electrically,scorer gap automatic adjustment,good linear,not shredding,easy to bend,with the function of pre pressing.
6. The whole machine electric correcting the error to cooperate with the paper excursion effectively.
7. Slitter and scorer adopt individual motor drive,automatically follow the speed of the production line.
8. With two units cooperating to realize order-0 second changing order.
9. Design speed:200m/min 250m/min.Valid working width 1800-2500mm.
