II. Function and features

1. Dual smooth shafts guide way assured the stable working.

2. Taiwan Delta colorful touch screen, simple operation.

3. The control system is composed of high performance Taiwan Delta PLC and dual frequency converter, energy saving, stable and reliable.

4. Encoder for following the line speed. Keep the machine synchronous speed with the production line automatically.

5. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel alloy thin blade, sharp and long service life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr. Blades are pneumatic lifting up and down. Space of blades are electrically adjusted, automatic locking, fast order changing.

6. Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type. It can be grinding when working, improved the work efficiency.

7. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance adjusted synchronously, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet. Distance between scorers are electrically adjusted.

8. Can adjust the paper passing height electrically, means this machine can be lift up and down to match with another thin blade slitter scorer machine work at the same time.

9. Electric left-right rectification function in the range of 200mm to cooperate the position of paper sheet.
