I. General introduction

Thin blade slitter scorer has two main types: one kind is online slitter scorer can match with corrugated production line; another kind is offline slitter scorer can work separately for corrugated sheets slitting creasing before making cartons. 

For the offline slitter scorer mainly has two types about the feeder: manual feeder and automatic feeder.

And for the blades and scorers quantity, can make as customer working need. Blades and scorers also has manual adjustment and electrical adjustment. 

Product overview: The more shafts thin blade slitter scorer adopt two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard, is suitable to the common paper and the small baffle paper. Electrical adjustment of the blades working width, automatic locking, improved the working efficiency.

Two types of this slitter for baffles: 1) Independent suction auto feeder part (suitable to big wide paper).

2) Combined auto feeder with main machine together (suitable to small and narrow paper)

II. Functions and features

1. Adjust the baffle size by lead screw, easy to operate.

2. Can set processing paper qty, automatic stop the feeding after finishing.

3. Automatic adsorption feeding, improve the operation security, reduce the labor intensity.

4. Suitable to the long paper slitting creasing.

5. Electrical adjustment of the slitting blade work width, automatic locking, dual guide shafts, dual locking air cyliner, steady running, easy to adjust. Has the inlay o-ring seal, dust-proof, reduce the failure rate.

6. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.

7. Adopt two rubber rollers in front and back of blades, make sure the paper will not run inclined.

8. Can choose automatic or manual sharpening of blade.

9. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet. Manual adjustment of the width between scorers.

10. Stacker : electrical adjustment of the back guard size as per paper height; Automatic lifting up and down as per settled paper piling height.

11. Use high quality paper pressing strip, make sure to pile up tidy.
