I. General introduction
This is an offline stand alone machine for corrugated cardboard slitting into needed size and creasing folding lines for box making.
It has display and PLC can operate and set the different kinds of boxes sizes and machine speed in the touch screen. Fast and easy operation. Suitable to many kinds of cartons.
II. Function profile
Human-machine interface —PLC control,The system for robot operating system more humanized, simple structure, easy to maintain.
1. Manual feeder is available.
2. Pre creasers,slitting blade and scorer holder are auto adjusted independently.
3. Grinding knife is auto/manual methods.
4. Option: Cardboard thickness and pressure are auto adjusted
5. Inching adjustment for fine tuning.
6. User-defined to set the distance of blades and scorers

III. Auto slitter scorer :
1. Human machine interface —PLC control, thin blade change order use independent stepper motor control,auto changing order speed 1-20S,error precision ±0.5 mm.
2. Humanized operation, no need technical content, inexperienced workers can operate.
3. Slitting part:Adopt high quality tungsten steel alloy thin blade,sharp and long work life time,slice more tidy,non-pressing and non-burr.
4. In front and back of thin blade are guided with rubber rollers, surmount paper running away not on the straight line condition when only cutting paper without creasing lines.
5. Grinding part: adopt auto and manual two types pneumatic grinding method, can sharpen blades when it is in working, improve working efficiency.
6. Electrics: adopt good Chinese brand or International brand,reliable performance .
7. This machine can memory 999 groups orders, can change order without stop the machine or manual orders changing.
8. Match with paper feeding table, can adjust paper size fast and easily, one worker can do.
9. Adopt import rubber roller,long work-life.
