I. General introduction

SMZX-QZD series are fully automatic folder gluer which can fold the cardboard and glue it well into cartons automatically. Composed of feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking correcting part with counting. PLC digital speed display, computerized adjustment with touch screen, has the simple, convenient, quick and reliable precise control mode, automatic feeding, automatic foling gluing, automatic counting, automatic piling and output, dual converter in front and back, max. speed 130m/min.

II. Function and features

1. Can finish top fold twists automatically and at the same time, you can finish fluctuation two parts tape stick up, save labor and time.

2. Suitable to a large range of cartons, different sizes changing easy and fast.

3. The complete machine runs stable, easy to operate and maintain.

4. Correct the carton right angle automatically, 180° calibration, can correct the scissors differential and fish tail phenomenon in good effect.

III. The machine structure

1. Control part

Simple touch screen operation, the machine adopts PLC, digital operation, touch screen input data, which can realize non-stop to change data, production speed and so on. The machine is automatic feeding, automatic folding, automatic counting, automatic piling output, economic speed 220 pcs/minute, design speed 400 pcs/minute.

2. The feeding part

1) The cardboard height adjustment device adopt high-quality steel, change different sizes of carton height and lenght fast.

2) Suction conveying belt use high-tech material, tension layer seamless joint ring belt, long lifetime and safe.

3) Adopt high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, make for paper department can be the single or continuous operation, effective control of the waste of cardboard specifications adjustment and output for accuracy of cardboard.

4) Feeding part effectively reduce error,greatly improve the stability.

3. Folding gluing part

1) The motor selection, import the brand, stable performance, convenient speed, no noise pollution.

2) Folding part use imported high friction, super wear-resistant materials to make special the seamless joint annular conveyor belt, finish the automatic folding cardboard exactly.

3) Gluing part adopted high quality stainless steel glue wheels, glue averagely, and can save glue.

4) Folding part equipped with single channel creasing correction of folding and six precision pressure device,accurate effectively correct cardboard creasing line, so that the whole carton completed with the most accurate folding.

4. Correction stacking output part

1) Stacking part has the auto counting, stacking and tidying, output functions, can set the output qty as customer need.

2) Automatic correction, stepless speed differential correction,automatic correction of the scissors phenomenon and no-standard carton forming.
