I. General introduction

Semi automatic folder gluer is a kind of folder gluer machine. It is manually feeding of sheets one by one, before feeding, need to fold it by manual, then machine offer glue and press to paste well, stacking into piles and conveying out for packing. 

This machine can save labor cost and time for gluing than manual glue box. But much lower speed than automatic folder gluer. It is economical type machine for customer choosing.

The min. width and height of finished box can reach to 260mm which is a good choice for carton manufacturer.

III. Main structure

Composed of main machine frame, 2 small conveyor frames.

Main machine frame

Machine frame, ascend and descend worktable, front part convey equipment, front part correction equipment, middle part convey equipment, middle part press together equipment, finished product side output equipment, electrical controlling device.

Electric elements and material

Adopted imported electrics, Simens electric appliance, Omron optoelectronic switch, TOKY counter, Taiwan MEANWELL switch power supply.

Alloy gluer head is acid and alkali resistant, long working life. The motors all adopted Taiwan Shengbang motor except air blower and lifting motor.
