I. General introduction

The cut off machine is used to cut the paperboard / sheet. Mostly match with corrugated cardboard production line. Also have stand alone machine. 

Regarding the online cut off machine, it has two types: Straight knife cut off and Helical knife cut off. Straight knife cut off machine suitable to the lower speed production line while the helical knife cut off suitable to the high speed production line.

Both of them can make frequency inverter driving type and NC servo motor driving type. Frequency inverter type is more economical and energy saving. NC servo motor type has higher precision and speed.

III. Main functions

1. Adopt auto oil pump cyclic lubrication.

2. The precisely adjustable seamless gear ensures the blade notch to exactly mesh with each other. Good quality cut and high linearity for blade protection.

3. The computer tracks the cardboard running speed automatically to keep in the same step.

4. Can keep multi-groups orders and finish automatically according to the procedures or prior conditions.The screen can show any type of production information.
