I. General introduction

Stitching machine is one of the carton processing machine in the last part. Manual feeding of sheets, use copper wire to staple through the top stitching head. Therefore, the corrugated cardboard can be folded and closed into a carton for packing.

The cartons with stitching nails is more strong to hold heavy products. So most use for big and thick cartons. While for small boxes mostly use folder gluer.

II. Main features

1. Imported dual servo motors, high precision, decreased the mechanical driving parts and malfunction.

2. Touch screen control the parameters (nails distance, nails qty/type, back baffles), changing fast and convenient.

3. Back electrical baffle adopt stepper motor, accurate and fast.

4. The complete stitching head adopts special steel with precise processing.

5. Carton sizes and nails distance changing time need 1 minute, save more time.

6. Can stitch intensive nails, single nail, double rows nail, finish in one time.

7. Front paper feeding part is automatic counting, settled with photoelectric sensor, can lift up automatically when feed paper.

8. Last section has automatic counting function, finished cartons can be piled as per the pre-set qty (1~99) and convey out for easy packing.

9. Will warn automatically when the brass wires finished.

10. Max. speed:600 nails/min.
