Integrated Automatic Corrugation Machine , Waste Paper Output Vibrating Machine

I. General introduction

The machine named vibrator, also called stripper. For corrugated cardboard, it will be printed, slotted and diecutted on the front machines. After diecutting, sometimes the cut off scraps will not fall down which still on the cardboards. So after rotary diecutter, usually equipped with vibrator machine for the cardboard cleaning.

Vibrator will clean the waste scraps through belts and vibration tubes to flap the boards, then the scraps will be fall down. And under the belts, there are conveyors, can output the scraps outside for collection.

This can make sure the corrugated paperboard easy to fold and glue into cartons. Also make the working place more clean and tidy.

II. Machine details and functions

1. Integrated style structure: solid and stable. Install wheel axle. Freely adjust work position.

2. Combined application design for chip-removing brush and chip-removing blower can guarantee result of removing chip.

3. High elastic round belt has long service life and cannot damage paperboard.

4. Height of belt and chip-removing brush can be adjusted.

5. Trash conveying unit: frequency conversion speed regulation can freely adjust speed of trash cleaning.

6. Speed should be synchronous with printing die-cutting machine.

7. To conveyor the waste paper out of the machine by motor and belt. The vibration device can adjust frequency and vibrate the conveying belt to make waste scrap fall during conveying, air blowing after belt to blow off waste scrap.

8. Two stage conveying belt, first one by pneumatic up/down and has oscillator stripping, easy operate.
