Ⅰ.Product overview:

Automatic vacuum adsorption feeding, save labor, also can prevent paper run inclined. No need manual feeding assured the workers safety. The more shafts thin blade slitter scorer adopt two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard, is suitable to the common paper and the small baffle paper. 6. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.

7. Adopt eight rolls, two roll-rang feeding, then scoring ,easy to adjust. It can do slitting only without scoring, avoid error conveying when scoring later. Can choose automatic or manual sharpening of blade.

Ⅲ.Main function :

1. This machine has automatic sharpening system. Each blade has independent control of the sharpening switch. In order to extend the blade life effectively, you can according to the production quantity adjust the sharpening interval time.

2. Electromagnetic adjustable-speed motor. After the deceleration of a belt, chain drive to the host work. The operation is reliable and stable.

3. This machine blade adopt tungsten steel material. It has high quality and long life, slitting paper can be up to 200-400 millimeters.

4. The feeding part has pre-pressed wheel design. Creasing part is 3mm width design. That can ensure the paper board without crack and the poly-lines as a straight angle when the creasing.

5. The slitting blade has culet and rolling bearing design, and adjust very flexible and convenient.
