Application:

This is an automatic strapping machine with polypropylene type. The bundle objects are limited to frames. Internal specifications can be customized according to customer requirements (standard specification: width 969mm * 505mm high). The machine is not suitable to bind the package which is wet, dusty, powder-like or heavy (general max load is 80kg).

The machine was developed for binding, and it can only allowed for binding purpose. Attention should be paid to the bearing capacity specification. Please clear all before using the machine.

The device is not suitable for environments that may be explosive. For use in explosive environment, the machine needs special customization.

When the strapping machine is used for strapping food or medicine, it is recommended to specially customize the machine using stainless steel, and the machine should be cleaned and disinfected with cleaning disinfectant in accordance with industry regulations.

When the strapping machine is used to bind corrosive dangerous articles (such as Marine products), it should be careful to prevent rust, do not let corrosive liquid into the inside of the machine. Once in, dry immediately to prevent motor overload caused by rust.

When items or liquids overflow onto the ground around the machine, they should be immediately cleared to avoid the risk of personnel slipping.
