  Carton printing machine is a printing equipment that can print the required text, pattern and other information onto the surface of the carton body. It generally includes plate loading, ink coating, imprint, paper feeding and other processes. 1 . This machine is composed of Auto feeder, printer and rotary diecutter. Suitable to different shapes of small cartons, can finish in once time, the minimum sheet thickness is 1.5mm, max. Thickness is 12mm.

2 . Adopt 40mm thick casting wallboard, vacuum casting, high density, prolong the lifetime, the iron cast guide way can improve the machine stability much.

3 . Driving gears use 40Cr with forging processing, high-frequency treatment with carburization and grinding, run steadily, improved the lifetime, overprinting precision is 0.75mm.

4 . Adopt double pump spray lubrication, each unit oil level is same, has the transparent window for oil monitor on each unit to check the oil in normal condition. The gears sliding block adopt bearing type to improve the overprinting precision, no error, gapless running,the gear tensioner adopt keyless connection.

5 . Electrics adopt Siemens, PLC is Mitsubishi, frequency inverter is Taiwan Vigor, bearings is HRB brand.

6 . Host adopt Mengniu frequency inverter motor 11kw, inverter fan is 5.5kw, total power is 17kw.

7 . Complete machine configuration: Pneumatic printing plate lifting, pneumatic units locking, electrical phase adjustment, light pressure type auto feeder (self-made) can improve the board anti-pressure ability, reduce the flute damage.

8 . Anvil cover for rotary diecutter is Italy Austin brand, lifetime is about 8millions time cutting, on the diecutting roller equipped with 4 slotting attachment for common cartons slotting, no need make wooden die, can save cost. Slotting length and width: 150x60mm, max. Carton height: 450mm, min. Carton height 50mm, single slotting knife length: 225mm.
