I. General introduction

The flexo printing machine has many different configurations and combination. This one is small size machine specially for making mini boxes like pizza box, wine box, express boxes, etc. 

Before customer inquire the machine, need offer his maximum and minimum sheet size or box size, then see which kind of flexo suitable. Can make as per customer requirements.

1. Printing roller

1)Outer diameter: Ø210mm,seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

2)Printing roller made of high quality steel, with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.

3)Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.

4)Ratchet wheel fixed rolled shaft.

5) Install & uninstall printing edition controlled by electric.

2. Printing pressing roller

1) Seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

2) Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.

3) Automatic locking on adjustment of pressing roller space, adjust scope is 0-11mm.

4) Automatic return to zero device, decrease the paper waste.

3. Anilox roller

1)With surface grinding on the steel pipe, pressing checkered, chrome plating.

2)Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.

3)Cooperated with pneumatic lifting device.

4) Matched with surpass clutch, distribute and clean the ink more easily.

IV. Slotter unit (1group)

1. Sizes adjustment

1) Slotter knives adjustment has two ways: one can input sizes into the touch screen, press start to change in lengthways and left right at the same time. Another can adjust by electrical buttons to move one by one.

2) Carton height, carton length and width are all electrical adjustment.
