This vertical air classifier screen machine utilizes air as the carrier medium, employing centrifugal force through wind turbine blades to efficiently separate ultra-light materials. Designed for continuous operation with high precision screening capabilities.
Working Principle
The machine rejects gravitational potential energy principles and instead uses negative pressure airflow to mix materials with air. Centrifugal force generated by wind turbine blades sprays the mixture through the barrel screen, with oversized materials discharged through the automatic slag discharge port.

Performance Data
