Product Description
The High-efficiency Rotary Trommel Screen Machine is specialized screening equipment designed for coking plants, power plants, building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, mining, and ceramics industries. This equipment effectively overcomes screen clogging issues common with circular vibrating screens and linear screens when processing wet materials, significantly improving screening system output and reliability.
Working Principle
The rotary screen consists of a motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, and inlet/outlet ports. The drum unit is installed at a 5°-7° angle on the frame. When material enters the drum, the combination of inclination and rotation causes the material to turn over and roll across the screen surface. Acceptable material (undersize product) discharges through the outer screen cylinder, while oversized material discharges through the end of the drum. This continuous motion prevents screen clogging by ejecting material stuck in the mesh openings.
