Our EPS molds are manufactured using high-quality aluminum materials with extruded aluminum alloy profile frames for superior strength and longevity. All molds undergo precision CNC machining to ensure exact dimensional accuracy. Cavities and cores feature Teflon coating to guarantee easy demolding and extended mold life.
We offer comprehensive ODM services where our experienced engineers develop optimal designs and manufacturing technologies based on client concepts. OEM services are also available for customers with existing designs or samples.
All molds undergo pre-delivery testing to ensure performance standards. Our engineering team possesses extensive experience in mold design and can convert customer samples to CAD or 3D drawings for precise manufacturing.
As China's largest lost foam mold manufacturer, we operate large gantry machining centers, 30 sets of imported high-speed machining centers, and over 40 sets of general machine tool equipment. Our team includes 36 senior mold designers ensuring efficient, safe designs and rapid delivery times.
We utilize ZL104 aluminum for high-strength casting, Ø22×1 copper tubes with water spray systems for optimal cooling, and Teflon (TEF10N) coatings for reduced friction and easy demolding. All screws are stainless steel for maintenance efficiency, and we employ Swiss Hexagon coordinate measuring instruments for precision verification.
