Tungsten Copper Alloy Rod Bar for Electrodes has high wear resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. Copper tungsten is a high-strength composite material of two metals: 70/30 copper tungsten. It combines the electrical conductivity of copper and the heat resistance and wear resistance of tungsten. Tensile strength refers to the maximum stress that a material can withstand before it breaks, and is used to express the overall strength of the material
When products or parts need to have high heat resistance, low thermal expansion, and high electrical or thermal conductivity, copper-tungsten alloys are used.
Tungsten copper alloy is used in the manufacture of engines and electrical equipment. Electrodes, refractory materials, radiators, rocket components and electrical contacts are all made of WCu alloy.
