WNICU High Strength Polished Heavy Tungsten Alloy Cubes
High Strength Polished Heavy Tungsten Alloy Cubes
Heavy Tungsten Alloy Cubes have high density, high strength and hardness (commonly known as 3H alloys) with good ductility, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. Plays an important role in the manufacture of weapons. Later it was widely used in defense, aerospace and civil industries (such as electrical, drilling, etc.). High gravity tungsten alloy materials have become military and civil alloy materials.

Introduction & Features of Heavy Tungsten Alloy Cubes
- Tungsten alloy core is mainly divided into TWO series, W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu, even W-Ni-Fe-Cu. In contrast, W-Ni-Fe alloy has better mechanical properties and plays an important role in the defense industry and various sectors of the national economy. It is a very important new military material in the national defense industry, and gradually extended to a variety of civilian industries.
- Heavy tungsten alloys contain between 90% and 98% tungsten, which is responsible for their high density (16.5-19.00g/CC). Nickel, iron and/or copper are used as metal binder substrates for bonding. Together, fragile tungsten particles make tungsten alloys hard and easy to use. Nickel is the most commonly used additive, including 7Ni:3Fe or 8Ni :2Fe (by weight).
Application of Heavy Tungsten Alloy Cubes
-
Nuclear radiation protection screen, such as PET syringe screen, vial screen, isotope container, FDG container, multi-leaf collimator, etc.
-
Balance block, such as tungsten caisson shaft, heavy metal boring shaft, Marine crankshaft camshaft, logging support, racing weight, damping, dynamic balance block, etc.
