Artificial Quartz Stone is compounded with 93% natural quartz and 7% resin. As an artificial quartz stone, it is easily maintained and cleaned.Moreover, it has high density, high hardness, anti-faded, anti-slip, not easy to be scratched, not easy to stain properties. Its Mohz hardness reaches 6.5, which makes it is similar to diamonds.

Our workshop

Creating high quality Quartz is a combination of finest quality quartz, resin and pigments along with a spotlessly clean manufacturing plant. The mixture is compacted into slabs by a vacuum and vibration process of approximately 100 seconds at a pressure of about 100 tons. This process minimizes porosity and reduces water absorption. The slabs are then cured in a kiln at a temperature of 85 degree for a period of 30 minutes to attain the essential properties of resistance to stain and impact. The curing process may be accelerated by using ovens or steam. When curing is completed, the slabs are gauged, calibrated, polished and prepared for packing.

Yes. We can custom-make according to your color. You need to send the small samples to us.We will make a small sample (size: 300*300mm) for you. When you confirm, we will produce it according to the sample.
