Production Details
AIBO is a professional quartz slabs supplier, which has 4 production lines with 40000 square meter production capacity anually. We can produce the junbo size 3200*1800mm, and the thickness rang can be from 6mm to 30mm, customed sizes and colors are acceptable.
Here let us introduce our AB8097. It it with marble look design, the veins looks like natural marble, but it is called artificial quartz with being made of 93% natural quartz and 7% resin.
This color AB6039 can used for kitchen countertop, vanitytop, floor tile, wall tile, island, laundry, etc.. It got international certificate SGS and NSF, and keeps selling all around the world, such as UK, Spain, Chile, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Hongkong, etc..

Production Process
Packing and loading
1). Slabs Paking: Fumigation wooden bundles;
2). Tiles and other cut to size products with wooden crates or pallet;
3). Cut-to-size: 60-80pcs pack in a seaworth crates (after funmigation);
4). Countertop, Vanity top: 12-25pcs pack in a seaworth crates, each surface cover with PE film (after fumiation).
Product Quality Control
1.The package is very fastness, it is very safety.
2.Color difference control, the same batch only have one color.
3.Thickness tolerance: +-2mm.
4.QC: All products checked by experienced QC pieces by pieces and then pack.

1.Can you make the quartz color according to my sample?
Yes. We can custom-make according to your color. You need to send the small samples to us.We will make a small sample (size: 300*300mm) for you. When you confirm, we will produce it according to the sample.
2.If we need customized size bathroom tops for hotel project, how can I get the quotation?
First, you need to send us the drawing for this project in PDF file or CAD file. Second, we will communicate with you about the details that you need. Third, we will offer the quotation according to your demand.
3.How many days when we place the project order?
