Working Principle
Granular material is fed continuously or in batches into a rotating drum. As the drum rotates, an internal lifting mechanism gently picks up and dumps the granules, forming a uniform "granule bed." Precision spray guns atomize the coating solution (such as polymer resin, sulfur, syrup) and distribute it evenly over the tumbling granules. Simultaneously, heated air passes through the drum, rapidly drying the coating solution upon contact with each granule. This process forms a strong, continuous film around the granules before they are discharged for cooling or packaging.
