Potassium Chloride Compound Fertilizer Lump Crusher Machine for Big Bags
The Potassium Chloride Compound Fertilizer Lump Crusher Machine for Big Bags is an ultra-heavy-duty size reduction system specifically engineered to fracture the severe, high-hardness crystalline compaction that occurs in potash-based compound fertilizers. Due to the highly hygroscopic and crystalline nature of Potassium Chloride (MOP), fertilizers blended with this component undergo intense chemical bonding and moisture caking under multi-tier storage pressure, forming rock-hard, monolithic masses inside big bags (FIBCs).
Positioned directly beneath big bag dumping frames or hopper discharge spouts, this machine features an oversized, unobstructed intake throat. It utilizes synchronized, ultra-high-torque counter-rotating dual shafts outfitted with heavy-forged, high-strength alloy breaking teeth. As the massive potash blocks fall from the big bag, the mechanical teeth deliver aggressive concentrated shearing forces, splitting and shattering the hardened crusts instantly. Built with a screenless, straight-through gravity discharge configuration, the machine allows the conditioned material to exit freely, minimizing internal heat and operational drag. This heavy-duty structural design rapidly restores the fertilizer into a free-flowing, manageable size, preventing hopper bridging and completely protecting downstream packaging lines, conveyors, and blending systems from mechanical jamming or overload.
